To Encourage, Promote and Provide Resources for Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace and the overall business community and community at large.

Overview and Committees: A Business Networking Platform consisting of Committees, Virtual Events and Resources relating to Diversity and Inclusion.

List and Focus of Committees:

Education: Mentorship/Apprenticeship, Career Development and Entrepreneurship Opportunities, Personal and Business Finance

Health and Welfare: Employee Benefits, Workplace Safety, Training and Development

Government: Civics, Advocacy, and Government Resource Awareness: SBA, SBDC and other Government Support/Grant Funded Government Agencies.

Communications and Planning: Event Planning, Fund Raising Campaigns, Committee Coordination, Business and Community Outreach

Special Covid-19 Pandemic, Small Business Recovery Unit: Special Teams related to all of the above.
